For larger letters, Crook says there’s an advantage to using a larger, more powerful LED system, just as you would in a deep channel letter or cabinet. It will be a little stiffer but similar to dye-sublimation, says Mike Compton, product marketing manager for Top Value Fabrics in Carmel, Ind.
